I do not collect visitor e-mail addresses or track visitor
information.
I will NEVER sell e-mail addresses or personal information to
SPAMMERS (unwanted e-mail solicitors) or to anyone.
Unless requested not to, I may share, at my discretion and at no
cost, the e-mail addresses of individuals researching the same
families.
For those who wish to stay anonymous, it will take a court order
to get information from me, period.
I will save e-mail addresses, in my personal address book, of
contacts who wish to share genealogy information. I also may send
occasional inquires and/or updated information regarding common
genealogy interests. Should an individual wish not receive any
further correspondence, at their request, I will remove their
e-mail address from my address book and send no further messages.
I do list e-mail addresses of contributors on the web page(s)
where their contributed data appears. I may also list the e-mail
address of a contributor on the "Credits Page". However, I will
respect the wishes of anyone who does NOT want to have their name
and/or e-mail address listed on any online page.
I respect the right of people to have privacy and not to be
SPAMMED (solicited via e-mail).
I cannot guarantee that unscrupulous SPAMMERS (is there any other
kind?) will not collect e-mail address off my web pages without
my permission.
