Unfortunately, Grandmas is a bit camera shy, I think it runs in the family. I
did not get any good pictures of Grandma Lucille this time.
Grandma does her best to give everyone at least a little something. This can be
quite the challenge for her; she has six living children, numerous
grandchildren, great grandchildren, and even great-great grandchildren. It is a
good thing that not everyone can make it to Christmas at Grandma's anymore. As
it was, twenty-five of us stopped by for this Christmas.
Another note on Grandma Lucille that I find interesting, her family history goes
the furthest back into the 13 Colonies that would become The United States of
America than any other branch of my family, and several of my family branches go
back to that period. Interestingly, her husband's family line is the second
longest line in North America that I have found in my tree, so far. I am still
looking when I am not working on one of my several other projects.
Now to my nephews, Pictured above are, Caleb, Tyler, and Zachery but I think he
goes by Zack.
I wish I knew them better. The distance between us and my endless projects keep
us far apart. They have always been respectful and kind with me. It was fun
visiting them when they were younger but those times were so rare. Of my sister
Tammy's four children, Caleb is the one who finds it easiest to talk with me but
he is obviously camera shy. :)
